DEALER REQUIREMENTS

Required for all accounts:
- Completed Business Application.
- Copy of current business license, seller’s permit or vendor’s permit.

The following may also apply for each specific type of business (if applicable):

Internet Exclusive Business:
- Internet print-outs/URL address
- Pictures of shipping facilities

Corporation:
- Articles of Incorporation

Limited Partnership:
- LP-1

General Partnership and Self-Employed:
- Fictitious Name Statement

If the business name does not suggest a direct relation to paintball or the sporting goods industry, Kingman may (at our discretion) also require a company invoice showing you are a retail store operating in the sporting goods industry. Pictures of your storefront, product sales area, paintball field, rental booth and company sign are helpful when submitting your application. If you have photos you would like to include please send these after you have completed the Kingman Business Application to lmartin@kingman.com referencing your company name in the subject of your email.

Failure to provide required documents may result in delays with processing your application. Kingman Group’s sales support department will work closely with you to process your application.
