Spyder Dealer Requirements The following is a list of requirements for becoming an authorized Spyder dealer. Please supply all requested documents for review and verification by our Sales Support Department. Spyder reserves the right to consider location of already established dealers when determining eligibility of new accounts. You will be notified by mail if your Spyder Dealer Account has been approved. Requirements for all accounts: 1) Completed Spyder Business Credit Application 49KB PDF File The following additional requirements also apply to each specific type of business (if applicable). Internet Exclusive Business: Corporation: Limited Partnership (LLC): General Partnership and Self-Employed: If the business name does not suggest a direct relation to paintball or the sporting goods industry, Spyder may (at our discretion) also require the following documentation. Additional documentation: · Pictures of your storefront, product displays and sign. Failure to provide any of the required documents may result in your application being declined. Spyder's Sales Support Department will attempt to contact you for clarification or for missing documents, but will not be held responsible for any delay resulting from unclear or missing information.
