paint question
i just bought some RPS all star and one of the bags some of the paint kinda had some white area on it
what does this mean or is it just like this? thanks

the shell is actually clear, the fill is what is making the shell a particular color. Its the fill setteling to one side as the balls might be a bit old. It should be ok though. I see it a lot on Marbilizers.
