LP problems

hi,
i have a electra 05 ACS rocking trigger,
upps for LP are, DH Titainium striker, 32* spring set, NDZ valve, AKA 2 Liter reg, 15* assault block, Crossfire HP 68/4500.

Set up at present is stock valve spring, light main spring, 280fps @ 350 PSI.
when i dry fire the marker, it rips and has no problems.
when i start shooting balls(good quality)with no chops or barrel breaks at all, at a LOW RATE of FIRE, marker is working fine.
when i shoot balls at a VERY HIGH RATE of FIRE, the gun will burp and de-cock after about 20 -30 balls.
on full auto at 13bps, it will last for about 2 secs then burps and decocks.

why would it only do this when shooting balls and not when im dry firing ?

i must have put about 2 cases through the new reg, and thats not including the dry firing ive been doin.so the reg should be ran in by now.

tried all different spring combinations, same results.
tried between 250 - 500 psi, same results.

marker is spotless inside out, lubed , even put a few drops in ASA to lube the REG.
tried using stock striker same results.
sears looks fine, cup seal is fine , O-rings good. battery fully charged,

what bugs me is it will rip none stop down to the last ounce in the bottle, but when i start shooting paintballs at high rof , it just wont happen?

any one help ?

It sounds like you have everything that you should have done to it. Only thing I can think of is that its just not recharging fast enough, whether its the tank reg or the AKA, but both of these are great regs. Only thing I don't know much about is the NDZ valve. I used a rocket valve in mine. Maybe that is your problem but I doubt it.

but if it wasnt recharging fast enough when putting balls through the marker, why did it work ok when i was dry firing without paintballs ? thats what bugs me ?
also used my other bottle PMI 68/4500 same results.

goin to put the stock valve back in to see if it does the same.

if this marker was firing fine at high rof, i would not ever part with it, it really rips for several secs, and it looks like it means business when i go play on a site.

Only thing I can think of to explain that is that the ball causes more friction which intern requires more energy to push the bolt/striker back. I could be wrong but that is the only thing that I can think of.

Try putting the stock striker in as well.

EDIT: Another thing just hit me: have you tried "shimming" the solenoid (putting something in behind the solenoid)?

I'm haveing the same problem with a simaler setup but im useing a cp reg and stock striker and a 72/3000 pmi tank. With the ndz valve in I can only shoot about 5-10 before the psi reaches below 250 and it burps decocks. Even with the reg turned to max(500psi) and different spring combos. When I put the stock valve back in I get no shootdown problems at all. The gauge barely moves at all. I dont know how to solve my problem so i'm makeing due with the stock valve but only being able to shoot at 500 psi 250 fps. Hope you have more luck then I did

That's what I would guess too. I would try contacting NDZ, they're pretty nice people. I doubt the person you bought it from would do much since it's a mfg. defect.

isnt the AKA 2liter ment to work at really really low pressures?? 350 is a little on the high side. idk just throwing that out there.

there are 2 versions of the AKA 2 liters,
1 is LP 0-350 psi
2 is HP 250-550 psi

only difference between the 2 are the springs
