First production Taco trigger is done...

Here are some pics of the final product that will be sent out, slightly altered from original design due to some binding issues, it is now more adjustable and can be put closer into the frame or stick out farther depending on preference. This one is for opteron-03 and his vs2.

Ball bearings should be here in the next couple of days, so be looking for roller bearings pics soon.

Trigger pin hole is drilled to within .0019" of the pin to bring side to side play to a min. There is still some play but only a ball bearing can totally eliminate that.

There are 3 set screws, pre-travel, post-travel and switch activation. All screws use the same stainless steel size set screw so it can all be adjusted by one hex/allen wrench.

You know, the style trigger that's on the pilot would work perfect for the rocking trigger frame. One side concave, the other convex, with the center hinge so people could mount it either way depending on which is the stonger finger.

not for sure, sounds about the same as my guns, so 13 from my fingers.


IMO they feel 300X better then stock.
