SP is going to raise ion prices
Just got a email from punisherspb saying sp will be raising the ion price starting march 1.
 thoughts? I think it will hurt there sales, stupid move IMO.

Yeah I saw that the other day as well. I have a hard time believing that demand for Ion's is so high that they can "jackup" the price up based souly on that. Unless they plan on adding some features to the existing ion or coming out with an `07 Ion model, this makes no sense. The major reason the Ion is so popular is because is a great marker, FOR THE PRICE.

No marketing ploy but the truth. Old news for me. Who knows, if they raise it enough, maybe more people will buy the Epiphany? -

LoL, yeah the epipgany just sort of never took off as fas as I can see. I can't make sense of raising prices on the Ion, unless they want to clear them out and start selling only the epiphany, but they'd have to make the price increase very widely known in order to do that.
Is it just me or are ions far less hyped now than they were half a year ago?
