Yes. And very stupid. Do not keep an air source attached to a marker because it might just accidentally mis-fire and that would not be pretty. Also, it might blow a seal because the o-rings DO dry with use. I have a whole bunch more reasons, but my fingers would die before I got them all out.

well if I had it in a bag and i oil my seals after evry use would it be ok? i dont think i will now any way...just curious

no it would be best just to leave a power source off while it is not in use

It's pretty darn easy to take the tank off. Much easier than replacing a missing eye because your marker accidentally went off.

That would be a pain. tell you what get a CP on/off valve for ur tank and then u could.

yeah i dont wana that bad...just woundering. I heard that if you put a few drops of oil evry now and then in that little hole where the air goes in. its good for the air system. is this true??

Good for the internals. It oils everything inside your marker, but you have to take off your barrel and hopper otherwise you'll get oil in/on them. Not fun.

4-5 drops is what I do. But remember, if you have a regulator on your marker you need to read the directions and make sure you can do that.
