Call kingman and get a replacement. Although a new one would be a good idea too.

I'd try kingman first, because to use a CP reg you're going to need a trinity V/A for the VS3, and a new ASA to use the CP reg with. Overall it'll run around:
CP reg $70 Trinity VA $35 On/Off ASA $35 Total: ~$140 As compared to calling up kingman and getting replacement parts for free.

It'd definitely improve consistency. However, is increased consistency worth $140 to you?

there's a noticable weight difference as well. I bought the Trinity body, trinity front block, CP reg, Trinity EZ On/off. Looks nice. However, all you're really getting is less weight and more consistancy, and maybe better looks...
To answer your question on the on/off... any direct mount on/off should work... I'm not gaurenteeing it, but they should. just pull off the stock reg, take out the screw in the grip, then screw in the new direct mount on/off. So really, you've gotta weigh the differences and make your own choice on it. If you want to take some weight off & get imprived consistancy, then get everything. If you'd just like someone different, than maybe get a reg and on/off. If you don't care or didn't mind the stock reg/on/off then get another one from kingman. I, however, am an upgrade-junkie, so I spent a lot of dough... Check pics here.. http://www.spyder.tv/forums/showthre...?t=9009&page=2
