Pump is now a hitman

Well I found myself grabbing for the reg more then usual after pumping so i decided to go ahead and do the hitman mod.

I was going to use the delrin/acetron copolymer I have but decided I would rather use something with a lower profile.

I ended up using a 6010 welding electrode, I removed the flux, sanded it down till smooth, polished it and then bent it into shape. So now i have a "hitman" handle with 60000 lbs tensile strength

I like it so far but for some reason it tends to bind up using the hitman pump handle, I took out the main spring and the spyder valve spring i have on the front and it moved really nicely but even with just the main spring in it started to bind again, after putting the spyder valve spring back on the front it helped alittle but it still does it every so often. Maybe qaz can help me with that one.

Bind meaning it's hard to pull back? Realign your pump rod it isn't perfect that's what my problem was at first.

that was exactly the problem, wasn't perfectly inline and was pretty much refusing to move back.
