would it be feasible to put the four standard bottomline holes in an esp trigger frame? if it is, what's the size, threadings, and distance between the holes?

Its possible, Ive been thinking about doing this.

It it is possible. If you have a standard ASA, then just mark the holes using that.
Threading is 10-32. If you buy a drill/tap kit, it will come with the correct sized drill bit for the tap.

I'd use a nail set with a mallet or a spring loaded nail set to mark the centers of the holes through the ASA you're planning on using. That's the easiest way in my mind to mark them, and it'll give the bit something to start on.
