ok i just bought this tank off of a guy from new york and its the first hpa tank that iv ever even seen. Since this is my first tank i dont know hardly anything about them. Is there anything you guys could tell me on special things to do to take care of it, clean it, or use it? I just dont wanna kill myself doing sumtin stupid. Is it pretty much just like a co2 tank? Thanx guys and i appreciate anything.

Its pretty much like a co2 tank. I would recommend getting a tank cover. I have a dye c7 rhino cover and it works great. umm.... make sure that its still in hydro. if u don't know how post a pic and we can tell u. that is all I can think of. Just go out and have fun.

![]() well the guy i bought it from said it had one more year left on the hydro but i just want to make sure and vs3 sniper i already have a tank cover, its a jt paintball one o and just so you guys dont say anything i no i majorly suck at taking pics, i wish i was better |

yes you have one more year. that tank was last hydro'd in 2003 (notice the 03 on each side of the small symbol on the left side.) and the tank has a 5 year hydro date (it needs to be retested every 5 years) 2003 + 5 = 2008

o i definatly will lol, the one bad thing about it tho was that i had to cut my pouch on my harness so it would fit in there, it doesnt look the greatest but it worked

is it alright for me to take my tank off from my gun if i dont have an on/off thing, i do have a bleed hole tho

yes its okay to take the tank off the gun lol. i would recommend you unscrew it about 1.5 to 2 revolutions then shot the gun about 3 times so all of the gas in the marker is dispelled. then just unscrew the tank the rest of the way. the point of an on/off is to stop the airflow from tank to the gun before you even unscrew it so that its easier to unscrew therefore taking the stress off the tank o-ring, making it last longer.
