Actually, only the body that protects the internals is plastic. The PMR is more plastic than the Ion.

look around this forum, and you will find multiple posts made by vike preaching that if the rail was sold for double its price, it would be called a highend marker. that is something none of the other choices can say.

Well, I wouldn't call it preaching. Preaching is something I really believe in. I think the Rail is a great gun, but it's not end all, beat all. I do think that people think "plastic" and shy away, but why is that such a bad thing? Even on the Ion, "plastic" isn't bad. It's overall LOOK is ugly, that's why they made better looking body kits for it.
