Jammed top cocking knob

I purchased the gun through an individual on ebay last month.I tried to pull out the top cocking knob, but it won't budge. It turns around, but dosen't come up. I even tried removing the retaining screw and spring with no results.Has anyone else had this problem?

yea...i bought mine from the local pball store...and they don't even know how to take it out..ppl just say pull on it, you can pull on it till you die and get no where...i think there is a trick...which i don't know...

ok i tried...and now...i literaly can not feel my fingers...i guess i twist and pull it wrong

no it reallty doenst take any type of trick at all. ill post a movie then edit this post. u really just pull on it. pull uppwards.

Looks good on video, but mine is jammed, and won't pull out like that.

Hey, I finally got it out with a crowbar! And noticed that it's rough around the lower edges.

did you f up the body?? im scared to take tools to it...my friend said he tried using a key to pry it out and the key bent
