It should work fine. HOWEVER, Hydrostatic testing is there to make sure that the tank is not coming apart and about to explode in your arms. On top of that, it's illegal to fill an out of hydro tank.
Tank testing is only $25-35 plus shipping there. Here are some sites:www.hydrotester.com www.testmytank.com (this site is down, should be up soon, don't know when though) www.crossfireinc.com

Tanks need to be tested because they need to see if they are still in good enough condition to be aired up, because the air inside is soo very pressurized and all. The tank will probably work fine still, but you are risking yourself to an exploded tank, which can possible kill you. IT is also illegal to fill a out of hydro tank. In My Opinion your life is worth more than 30 bucks, which is how much it will end up costing you to get the test done. It is worth it, because its now good for another 3-5 years. 3-5 years is a good amount of time when you will play alot!

do you have a pic of your tank?
if you do we can tell you how much time is left on your tank if not, there will be a date on it, once it reaches that date, it is over hydro. on some tanks its 3 or 5 years after the date printed on the tank

12 o4 is the hydro date was made in december of 2004 and you have until atleast dec of 07. I think you need run the dot number to find out if it is a 3 or 5 year tank.

E 07277 tanks were manufactured by SCI and are 3 year tanks...
Your tank needs to be re-hydroed after 12/2007.... I always use Hydro Test They specialize in paintball tanks. They are professional, fast and competent. You will not find a better place to send your tank for hydro. Check out there site for policies and pricing.
