Default Fasta Problem

Just got my new Fasta hopper in yesterday but the unit will not work.

I installed the batteries and the unit's display will come on (LCD).

But none of the control buttons will function at all if you push them. I can't even turn the unit off unless I pull the batteries.

Anyone?

knowing alot of us havent had or used a fasta, id also suggest to call or email kingman.

if you know how everything works, have read the manual, take it appart and see if something on the board isnt right

I tired switching the batteries around and the unit would not even come on.

I think that quality control is pretty poor here with the Fasta.

Mine works fine. I got the LED version though. Maybe the LCD's have a problem?

They do seem very customer service friendly! This is the second time they've sent me something with no problem.
