![]() You could build a Sniper/Cocker Pump for around $200 +/- $50 with a CCM kit. The only thing you won't be able to have is the interchangable breech to go from stock class to a hopper.

![]() The Carter is another "different animal". Its similar to a Phantom in design and internals. Amazing craftsmanship, fresh from the hands of one of one of the greatest airsmiths in the industry. Smooth pump stroke... a little heavier than a Phantom. Its definitely a tournament-quality pump. Blowfish and a few other pro pump-friendly teams use them almost exclusively.

![]() I think the buzzard will get a little better efficiency on 12 grams, but correct me if im wrong.

![]() Yeah. The SS25 wasn't meant to be a stock class marker. It was designed to be a super-stock or open class pump (auto trigger, direct feed, bulk tank, etc...). The Carter was designed to be a stock class pump (10rnd feed and stock class 12gram ASA) but its easily adapted to use a 3.5oz CO2 tank if necessary.

theres a picture of my carter....i think most will agree they are the ferrari of pumps. they are pretty 12 gram eff. If you buy a new carter it will be made custom to your order(you can pick color, model, pump handle, stock, etc.) and it has auto trigger like that ccm ss25. or you can get a used one(that how i got mine) . i definitly recommend them and as ppl said there are pro pump teams that use them. ![]() I'd say if you could get to a pump event and see if you can use some of the different types of marker's! Get on stockclasspaintball.com's message board and see if there are any pump gathering's in your area and see if you can check out some of there gear as it's all going to come down to preferance!
