Default 1st use now questions

I used my Pilot ACS for the first time this weekend and loved it!! Couple of questions.

[center][center]1. (maybe stupid)Turn the rear adjustment knob left or right to increase velocity?
2. At approx. what distance should I notice the ball starting to trail off?
3. My gun locked up at one point and I had to spray some lube in the cocking pin and into the velocity adjuster to to get it to start firing again. Should I lube before every match?

Any other suggestions would be great.

To increase fps, tighten the Velocity adjuster (screw it IN)

Depends on what speed you chrono at. You...did...buy a chrono...right? ::hands-on-hips-with-a-wooley-eyeball-glaring-at-you-kinda-look::

Striker O-ring needed oil. A drop or 2 after every 1/2-case should work fine for you.
Any other suggestions would be great.
Go to the Spyder Bible in my sig and read...and read...and read...............
