I own one, what a coincidence I also tech markers. And have my certs to do the work.
it's not melted it looked melted it's just scaped every where and on the striker buffer I guessfrom whenit got caught I guess

Well if they will let you ship it to a shop I will fix it for shipping costs and cost of parts (if I dont have some replacements just laying around).
