Soon To Be New Ricochet Loader?

I was searching around for paintball patents one day, just "because". Wehn i Searched for "Ricochet Development" I found THIS. It was filed on March 30 of 2004, but it may have been renewed In July of 06. I was intreaged by this hopper idea, so I decided to pursue this patent, here are a few images I found.

It makes no sense to me...at all. It looks uber ****ed up on the gun in the 2nd picture.

i think what the basic concept of these patents was to have a loader that opend specific pods, to reduce paint ball spills on the field.

We shall see... Doesn't empress me much though. Looks sort of strange.

Another thing... why would you want the weight pushed forward more on the front of the gun... wouldnt that cause a balance issue? Tanks arnt that heavy... unless you have a steel 45...
