Which length barrel would you use or is most common?

I would say 12" or 14" are the most common lengths. Anything longer is known to be a gas hog and won't increase accuracy by much.
I have a 14" barrel myself.

I bought a 16" and I don't like it as much as the 12 and 14 inch barrels I've got.

I play Woodsball, and some Speedball, and I am looking to upgrade my barrel also. Would a 16" be better than a 14" Barrel, for what I do?

Is there any difference in performance between one piece barrels and multi-piece barrels if so what are they.

two piece barrels are usually more accurate because you can get better paint to bore match, however, some one piece barels can be as good as two piece
some two pieces give different spin to the ball as do the freak barrels

I think that anything bigger than 14 doesn't really affect it too much. I am pleased with my spart parts 14" barrel.

14" is the way to go. Anything larger is a waste of air. Woo hoo you get maybe an extra foot or two with 16" but you waste that much air to get it that far. 12" or 14" is the way to go.
