OK, turns out there's a slight amount of plastic filling in the groove around the edge of the hopper which is part of the problem. Trying to scratch it out now because the Dremel is locked up.

yo bigred if u got a camera that shows where its not fitting right i might be able to help u out. cause thats ridiculus tht it is still not going together right.

Heh, just got it fixed. Turns out all it needed was some force (from a hammer). The only problem is, I screwed it all together, perfectly, then realized I forgot the ****ing ball ramp. I'm just ****ing gonna leave it.

I did the same thing the first time I took apart my egg. You get the whole thing together and look down and see that stupid ramp

I caught that edit. No worries, it will give me slightly more ball capactiy (see "God's Capacity Mod").


****. I'm a ****ing moron, I put both harnesses on the board ****ing backwards. Now I HAVE to take this ****ing pain in the ass apart.

OK, got it working right and put everything in correctly...I believe one of the problems I was having was the ball ramp because it is slightly too big. I just pushed it closed an' screwed it shut, and now it works.

I Dremelled the retaining for the lid so it would be easier to get it shut and opened....only problem is I took just a little too much off and now it wont close. Any ideas?

On the lid or shells. WTF, why did you of all things dremel it lol? Sounds like you have a short fuse red..........
