Bamf is right.
But you get more problems than just paint in the barrel when you chop. Paint in the breach and the feedneck can suck.... You could save up for the base of a barrel kit. Like buy the .693 unitec, and a spyder back, and add extra bores as you need/can afford them.

I have the J&J Edge kit - didn't know they actually made one for the ceramic. The kit is pretty decent, they just have weird sized backs - where you would normally have a .681, it's a .682 or something. Been awhile since I looked at it since I don't use the spyder threads anymore...

i had a JJ and i liked a lot. i know ppl who have the proto one piece and its a nice barrel. but if anythinng id just save up and get something nice like a ultralite kit or a freak kit. the advantage to the freak kit is a lot of ppl have htem so u can borrow inserts and not used fronts off ppl. but ultralite is the way to go if your not dependent on ppl.
