Turn your reg up until you get the velocity you want, your dwell is set fine now.

Like chubbo and phil said, the best way to get good efficiency higher pressure shorter dwell. So just up your pressure and keep your dwell where it is now you should be all set.

When I had mine I ran at about 180psi and around 10 dwell (+/- 2 i forget since its been a while)

Im at 170ish PSI and 10 dwell.
