Hey guys, I just got me an Xtra. It's a nice addition to my original Spyder One.
I was wondering if anyone here had done any of Otters upgrades to their markers (ie polish internals and removing the venturi). I was hoping I could get some feedback from you guys to see if its worth doing or not.

I am going to have to say that 98.783758% of the members here have used Otter's site to mod their markers.
And as for the feedback, yes do both. The increased air flow and decreased friction will allow you to lower the operating pressure and give you more shots per tank and be nicer on paint. Welcome to the boards and ask away.

Thanks a lot Hacker. I have been experimenting on my Spyder one, but havent put it back together yet to see what difference there is. I was able to remove the venturi and I sanded it with my dremel (like Otter showed) but am a bit nervous as to if I did it right. Though if I screwed up my older marker it wouldnt bother as much as if i screwed up my Xtra. lol
