3 Free Tires

we got a letter yesterday informing us about a tire recall. my dad told me i should go out and see what we have on my truck, and sure enough, my backs and spare are on the list needed to be replaced. im going to tell my dad tonight and get the replaced for free. yay!!

what brand tires?

the letter says you only have to worry if you have a ford explorer, mercury mountaineer, or a mazda navajo. but anyway, the brands/sizes theyre calling back are:

Radial ATX P235/75R15

Radial ATX II P235/75R15

Wilderness AT P235/75R15

Wilderness AT P255/70R15

It wasn't a firestone incident. It was Ford's fault. They set the reccommended PSI way lowered than it should of been, which caused the tires to fail. It was Ford's fault and instead of taking responsibility, they pushed the blame on Firestone and almost put them out of business.

Ford's business ethics are terrible to say the least, just do some research. Ford will go out of business in a matter of years if the government doesn't step in and help them out, but they will.

Some people here know I hate Ford, but it isn't just for their crap quality, its for way more than that. Doesn't help that they are putting MANY MANY MANY people in my area out of jobs in 2008 when they close the main plant for the F150, to move production to Mexico.


Buy American made cars, buy Toyota.
