id go for a used (no reason to buy new if you find someone you trust/buy locally) DM4, DM5, or PM5, get tadao boards, and a few other ups (feednecks, unimounts, etc) then get a halo or vlocity. you can easily drop $200 on just one tourney, so save the rest. you're gonna need it.
