![]() Proto: Looks and lightweight, compact
DM4: Take upgrade chips instead of purchasing an entire board, and the membrane (although the Proto's LED is not hard to operate) For the price of an 05 Proto (from me of course)..it's well worth it over either 06 Proto or DM4..

![]() I owned a DM4 and it was fully upgraded. It was also a tank. Protos are much lighter, and more efficient out of the box. Protos don't take chips, but if you don't play PSP you have nothing to worry about. If you only play semi tourneys, its no big deal. If you do play them, you can get your board flashed with M5 for like $50. I liked my DM4, but if I had to do it again, I'd get a Proto.

![]() this sounds stupid i know but when i think about it ive never actually shot a STOCK proto. SO my question is does a stock 05 proto rip out of the box? all the ones ive shot had aftermarket boards and crap. i would imagine there fast out of the box tho.
