I was wondering if I purchased the spyder assualt block and put a reg on it there would be a hole for a gauge on the assualt block and reg wich one would get the gauge???

Your question is a little hard to follow, but yes, there is a gauge hole in the assault block. As far as a guage port on the reg, depends on the regulator. In my opinion, the guage looks better on the assault block anyways.

So if I had a gauge on the reg it would work and read the same thing as if I had it on the assualt block?

I do not personally like having the gauge on the regulator, but it's all your preference.

You could also go with the Trinity -7d Assault Block. That comes with a gauge port and is different than what most have on their markers. Although the air flow is better in the CIP Assault Block.
