What do you think Joy Division does for practice? If you look closely you will see some of the good teams practice Reball...why? because it is insanely cheap for practice if costing any money at all. And you get so much out of it. And keep in mind this is indoors on a netted field.

Yeah, all pro teams have to do is get like 2-3 cases of reballs and they can practice as much as they want. Its a great way for teams to drill and practice because you don't have to spend as much money.
