Isnt this an Impulse?
Ok my friend just bought this gun online... He told me before he got it that it was a Shocker. I was thinking of the slim, single tubed Shocker... (Is there any other kind?) and when he gets it... he showes me this...
 Now isnt that a Impulse? Correct me if I'm wrong... but I dont remember there ever being a shocker that looked like that. It looks like someone just slapped a Shocker bubble on there where the Impulse one used to be. If I am wrong, I have honestly never seen a Shocker like this before... does it mean that its really old? Or maybe rare?

They also weigh 6 metric tons. How much did he pay for it?
And the original shocker (roughly same design as that one only alot older and a little chunkier) was one of the first electro pnuematic markers.

He got it for $280 with a tank, gloves, hopper, and pod pack. I think it came with a Halo, looks like Draxxus gloves, not sure what kinda pod pack... But I think he got one hell of a deal.

I wouldn't pay more than $150 for the gun, if that much even, so it isn't a terrible deal. They are pretty outdated...and thats putting it lightly. They are kinda neat though. This is one of the few guns that the 03 Shocker is better than IMO.

One of my friends had one back in the day. When it worked it was good, although it was broke most of the time.

i started playing right after the 03s came out, so i didnt ever see many of those, but ya. what your friend got is definitely a shocker. and its definitely older than dirt. if it still works, tho, thats pretty cool. if its in really good condition, its a collectors item
