It's just a robot. Like Microsoft Sam. It's not actually a recording of someone saying the whole thing. Just they record (or someone else did) a bunch of words, and they type in the words, and it says the words. Usually it sounds pretty crappy. But it's not that bad. The guy looks like a monkey to me.

Anyways, they are using the Ion style reg because it is much faster and better than the standard Inline Max flo's that used to be on the shockers/nerves/etc. Now they changed the design a little bit to allow faster recharge and more constant regulation, but other than that, it's much the same. So you know, Ion regs are actually just as good as CP regs, they're just 300 times as ugly.

Lol leed.. You crack me up.. I don't about your stock ION Reg but mine NEVER got below +/- 20... It was horrible, It would drop off at 15 BPS..
