Longboarding?

Who here longboards? Could you guys maybe stear me in the right direction for a complete longboard (pref under 200) but good quality. Ive used my friends longboard and like it alot so i know i like it, but i just dont know where or what to get.

Long boarding is hella tight. I just steal my friends longboards and cruise, but I don't know who they're made by. I just figured I'd say I long board sometimes. LOL. I'll ask them if they're ever on.

ya i had a sector 9 longboard... it was the "bomb hills not countries" model.
it was reeeeallllly nice but my brother stole it from me and pawned it off..
but ya just go to the sector 9 website and look at all there boards.

I dont know if you have a Zumies around you in your mall or not, but they have a nice assortment of long boards, skate boards, and aparel.

Personally I like the sector 9's because they are cheap and they are durable. They are also one of the oldest companies. I dont long board anymore, but it was fun when I did.

It depends on your style, LOL. Longboarding is like surfboarding on land, but it's also skateboarding with 'style.' IMO, I can't do any hand tricks or anything (IE plant hand, and carve, you need gloves for that shtt), I just like cruising with them, it's just fun to do. Carving is fun though, nothing too special for me though.
