I have two, one with a slider from 5k rpm to 35k rpm and another with two settings 15k rpm and 30k rpm, with the cord attachment to the dremel, you can hold it like a pencil, and damn is it useful. It basically allows you to do stuff that would take forever with a file or hacksaw.

Edit: I just saw their drillpress for the dremel, I want one .
