I'm a gun guy, and I can't pick it out either.
 My guess is something internally, like polishing the breech/firing mechanism.

He did something to the trigga...
To be honest i am studying to be a machinist and i have NEVER used a dremel.... Its all Drill press, lathe, Files and sand paper for me.....

Actually I built the truck/bed that it all is sitting in with a Dremel
 The Dremel work was all in the rear, stock assembly. Removed old NATO synthetic stock and metal flanges off the receiver. Then sanded the receiver and added in the adapter block in the rear of the receiver. Very short and easy task with the aid of Mr. Dremel. Now let's sing the Dremel song: "Dremel, dremel, dremel, with dremel I will play.."
