Sure, here you go:
Mac Boot Screen To get a mac-like boot screen insted of using the one that has the company specific logo go to www.stardock.com/products/bootskin. Free to download. Download and install it. Now you need a mac boot skin. A good one is G5 from www3.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=32&SkinID=740. Download it. Now you need to import it into BootSkin (The first thing you downloaded). Load BootSkin, then go to File --> then Import from file. Find where you downloaded G5 and import it. You can click Preview if you want to see what it will look like. Click Apply to finish. The next time you start your computer it will show up. Mac Logon Screen This is for when you choose which user you want to log on with. Go to www.stardock.com/products/logonstudio. Download it. Then you need a skin for it as well. Go to http://www.wincustomize.com/skins.as...26&SkinID=1476. This is when it might get a little tricky. You need to Install Logon Studio then unzip the skin into a folder named Mac_OSX+Panther_LogonXP.logonxp Then go to Logon Studio, select that folder, and click Apply. Changing Windows and Menus To change Windows' overall appearance you need WindowBlinds. Go to www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds. It's shareware so it is only for a limited time, then it will cost $20. Now you need a skin for it. Go to http://www.wincustomize.com/skins.as...=1&skinID=3476. After installing WindowBlinds run it and choose "Install skin from disk" and choose the skin. Now you need a wallpaper that resembles a Mac's. Go back to that folder you named Mac_OSX_Panther_LogonXP.logonxp. Open it and find the wallpaper in that folder. Right click and apply it as the background for your desktop. The Dock This is the little handy thing that displays your programs at the bottom of the screen (or whereever you decide to put it) Go to www.stardock.com/products/objectdock and download and install it. If you want to, you can install expansion packs for it from www.wincustomize.com. Two good ones are Panther X Future and Striped Mac. Just search those names on www.wincustomize.com to find them. If you choose to download either or both you need to unzip them into folders that are named the same as the zip file but without .zip at the end. Put the MacOSX folder into the installation directry of ObjectDock, which is C:\Program Files\Stardock\ObjectDock. Put Striped Mac into the Backgrounds (C:\Program Files\Stardock\ObjectDock\Backgrounds. You can configure the dock to be wherever you like and to look and have whatever you like. Just mess around with it. Viola |
