Default HPA help

Hey guys.
I have a Pure Energy 48 3000 HPA tank, and recently when I fill it up, the gauge reads it at 3000 PSI, but I'm only getting 250-300 shots out of it, when I used to get over 600! I've also used it on several of my friends markers (all shooting under 300 fps)and I'm still having the same problem. Any help or suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers
-Eric

Maybe the gauge is busted? Try filling it after the point where it gets to 3k for a bit, you can't overfill by accident or anything. Also, are you filling somewhere other than where you used to?

Nope...I was filling it off of a 4500 psi filler though...I'm thinking I overfilled it or something. But I can't figure out why I'm not getting as many shots out of it. Thanks for the help, Hob.

I see... You need to check you seals on your tank.... Like on the Fill nipple, burst disks and the tank oring.....
