of course its loctited.... most things that have to do with a bolt or air system are almost always loctited. especially things that small. What I would do if I were you is leave it be. If you do however want to lock out your acs, get the bolt by jbwelding or soldering your alan to it. thats What I had to do with it. No worries man stripping that little piece of all thread isnt the end of the world. You can probably get that thing out and get that same piece of allthread at any hobby shop with gas RC cars. I believe that same screw is the setscrew on the carb on most those motors. it is also about the same size as the setscrews on the rear derailleur on most higher end shimano parts.

Yeah, I'd JB weld the allan wrench on, but only as a last resort. I probaly wouldnt solder on it, in fear you might melt the delrin
