well the first person who can resize this without making it speed up gets a cookie, that is the av ive been trying to use. but it is 10x 10 pixels too big and I cant seem to get it to work for some reason.

Resizing it without making it speed up is only possible if you have a .gif editor, such as, the one that comes with Photoshop (called ImageReady).
