+ for having what I needed and shipping somewhat quickly, however a - for serious lack of communication. I didn't know when it shipped, nor that it was actually in stock until I actually got it. Also, the listing on the website was worded poorly in that I thought it was something else. Spent a lot of money for something I actually didn't want or need because of it. If I have to chose between the two marks, go with a -.

A MAJOR - for Actionvillage. (If you can give them 5 -'s I'd be happy!) Supposed to get my feedneck today and it didn't come, although their site says "delivered."
I don't care who you are or where you live/work in the lower 48 states. It should NOT take 7+ days to ship a small part from Illinois to Oklahoma. Period.
