Got it and I should have posted it after I ordered from him. I actually ordered a few times from him and have had AA++ service each time. He's listed under "H" for HobbyHorse-AKA: the macroline guy....that's how it now appears

Give Firstcall a - for me eh?

Firstoff they sent me a 300psi SP guage when I ordered 700 psi, I sent it back, they send me an old 700 psi gauge that has a solid white backing to it. I wanted black. So I call em up again, they say, you have to email us first. So I email them and wait more than a week, I get nothing, so I call them up, and after going through 4 people arrive at some lady who is clearly annoyed with the fact that I want to return this, and tells me I can only get store credit because they don't carry the part as described.

This rather pisses me off, because now I have to pay for shipping there, and new shipping on the way back, all because they are too incompetent to communicate with me and ask if I'm ok receiving a different part. Had I known they wanted to send me a white one, I would have said, no, send me one from a different manufacturer. To boot, she hung up on me at the end.

So therse my vent at their annoyance. Seeing especially how they charge friggin $3 handling, no matter what, plus outrageously overpriced shipping. *grrr* says I to them.

Ok now I'm done. I think.
