Ok I just finished painting my Xtra. Its scraping off really easily. Im hoping it just needs to sit in the sun and bake...but I dunno.
I sanded it with 320, till it was fairly dull, but it didnt seem to dull hardly at all. Then I painted it with some truck liner spray, for the nice rough texture. Then I hit it with some camo collars after about 45 min of dry time for the bed liner. Now after it was dry I took the tape off, and rubbed it and some of the paint came off in a few spots. It is sticking in others though. Would clear coat help? Or must I sand it all back down, sand it better, PRIMER it. and then paint? |

primeing it would of helped, touch up a few bits, then lightly sand it (not a lot though) then clear coatit (once is fine but i went CLEAR, SAND CLEAR)
