well he just had a stroke, so his voice is shaky, but he looked good for a 76 year ol,d even though hes had so many plastic surgeries

I heard he has also been left blind from his stroke. Not verified though....

He's seen much better days, idk, its kind of sad to see him try to keep going year after year

Actually, being allowed to do what you love to do after a stroke is good therapy.

A little story.
An old friend of mine suffered a stroke while we were in the midst of restoring his 1934 Cadillac. (The stroke left him paralized on his left side). After he got out of the hospital he'd come out to the shop and would help with the work. Although he was never able to drive it once it was finished, he and I or his wife would drive it to car shows or cruise nights all summer until he passed away.
I personally think Mike wouldn't have lived as long or enjoyed his last 8 years if he hadn't been allowed to do what he loved or could do after his stroke.
