Default Natural C02 siphon

Could heat be a natural c02 siphon? I mean Ga weather is typically 90* so...I have N2 but I cant use it all the time.

Im sure it would help, dont think it would be big enough a factor at high rates of fire though.

... well co2 recharges at around 15 ... so as long as you don't exceed that .. or sustain that for long periods of time.. you should be fine ...

Not really a natural anti-siphon though .. although having it directly on the VA will help or a remote .. since it'll always be 90* unless your laying down ... which is a natural anti-siphon ..

Besides that .. best idea is to instal an anti-siphon .... get parts for cheap .. shouldn't cost too much ...

yes heat makes more gasous co2. everything below the line is liquid state.

but don't forget...heat is created as it's released but also freezes the tank as it exits...recooling the tank as it's fired. I would think that it cancels each-other out.

actually, heat energy is required to change the co2 from liquid to gas, hence co2 doesn't work well at all in cold weather since there is not as much heat to help it change to a gas. Also, as the pressure decreases inside a vessel, the temp. decreases as well, further decreasing heat energy. In order to get the co2 to change to a gas, even more heat energy is needed. A hot sun would help change it to a gas quicker but during high rof, you will still probably have a chance of getting liquid co2 in your gun when you have a fairly full bottle.

Simply put, at low rof it would be fine. at high rof, you'll still suck in liquid co2 if you don't have an a/s on your tank or a remote hooked up.

Gotta love that hardcore physics knowledge!

However if you had a large enough expansion chamber, the heat will work. Our paintball tank operates off of a 20 lb CO2 tank that runs a line off of the top into a 20oz CO2 aluminum CO2 tank that we use as an expansion chamber. In the winter we can vent exhaust around the 20 oz tank to keep up our efficiency! Just have to monitor the temps of the tank and pressure out of the bottle! Natural CO2 siphon........a vertical tank pouch and a remote!

natural antisiphon = hold tank upright aka use a remote.
