I purchased some item's for my Phantom from him even though he does not stock phantom part's anymore he gladly ordered them with his account through CCI and got them to me quickly! Will do business with again! JB.

bought some cocker parts off of me, i believe it was a body and an LPR, payed quick and deal went smoothly. A++++++++ in my book!! deal with otter if you can. very trustworthy guy.

Bought a night vision scope off him. shipping was very slow, but im sure there was a solid reason. Would always deal with otter with confidence. He is one of the most honest traders out there and i would deal with him again in a heartbeat.
