So the more I look at this upgrade I get to thinking it replaces the whole stock board. Is this correct? So I don't get to keep my pretty light up display that shows me what firing mode I am in?

its a replacement yes..... so you wont get to keep your lights

but you'll hafta drill the eyes (if you choose to install them)

That kinda sucks. I enjoy my e-grip. Easy to read and easy to use. But my Halo B came with the Yboard that can go up to 32bps, so I was thinking........T board!!!

Hmmm, Upgrade over beauty???? I will have to think about that one.

...my dad had a saying about hunting... "You know...a purty gun never killed nuthin...."...meaning...the owner thought more of the aesthetics of the rifle than get dirty, deep in the brush and get the game animal.

if you have no light up display how will you know which mode it is in?

It is always in Semi mode, unless you get the optional chip for it.

always can get the ramping chip... Sucks IMO though... More to show off than anything...

I've never used any other mode but Semi-auto in game anyway, IMO you don't need auto or 3/6 -burst. These are both a gimmick to sell more guns.
