MI:3 Filmed Here
A couple months ago, I was reading the newspaper and saw that part of Mission Impossible 3 was filming here. The bridge scene was filmed on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, so naturally I was like "oh wow, I have to post this." Today in school, somebody reminded me of it, so I'm finally telling you guys. This is like the coolest bridge ever because it goes under water. Pics will own your face.
  It goes under water to allow NAVY ships to cross to the Norfolk base without a draw bridge constantly inconveniencing everyone.     In the movie, it appears that this bridge blows up. They wish.

That is awesome, I dont think I've ever seen pictures of that bridge before, only heard about it.

wow thats cool i never heard about this bridge. thats sweet it goes underwater. some good engineering right there.
o and mi:3 should be sweet.

ya, its the virginia one. i remember when i used to try and hold my breathe all the way through the tunnel, but very rarely actually making it.
