So i ordered my spyder pilot from a local store, and it looked great when i opened it, then i took my first shot.... damn!... it was ridiculously loud. I was using a 20 oz tank and everything else on the gun was stock. Now i was pretty bummed because our house is a bit isolated, so i would be able to shoot it there if it was quieter... and plus it cant help for your gun to be loud when your playing a game... and plus im pretty amateur at the game

Anyways, you guys know if i can do anything whatsoever to make my gun less quieter? A new barrell, a supprssor? Pleasse tell me

Get a new barrel - one with a lot of porting on it. Suppressor - meh. Barrel - yeh!

Progressives are good, especailly the new one, but if your realy looking for quiet, you might go with somthing like the 32* whisper or the 32* quiet riot barrel, both are true to their name, and will noticeably lower the noise.

Mind you, if you were shooting without paint, it'd be significantly louder than usual.

rather than progressive .. go for the teardrop .. same price, but the teardrop has a bit better porting ...

Stiffi barrels claim to be quiet also... I don't have one myself so I can not tell you for sure. Someone here can you verify the quietness of the stiffi barrel.

They are not cheap though, but you did not mention how much you want to spend on making your gun quieter.
