I have some (semi)clear Brass Eagle 50 round hoppers that I would like to darken. I could just spray paint them but would like to try dying them first, if possible. How would I go about doing that?

Are they the real thin plastic ones with the fin on the bottom back? If they are, that material seems really thin, not sure if I would want to weaken it more by dying it.

Yah, those are the ones I'm talkin' about. I have 4 of them and would be willing to risk one for a dye test.
