i like that color the v/a turned when heated... speaking of which, count you just have cut the top and bottom sections of the expansion chamber then welded those instead of welding half of it to the v/a

thats a horrible idea, it could frey and cut through balls. besides i dont know what kind of effects that might have on a barrel that long, it may lower velocity it may raise it (also lower/raise efficiency) but i probibly wont make much difference meaning its probibly not worth the risk. btw what size is that tube? if its like .75 inch tubing that ball probibly wont do anything but roll down the barrel.
