I'm around, just busy with college and the weight room . Anyways, I"m going to first tell you to diet first. This means, no fast food, no pop, no candy, you know what I mean. Eat lots of protein (like eggs, chicken, steak, tuna, etc.) and eat good carbohydrates (like rice, baked potatos, rice cakes, vegetables, raisin bran, etc.) and limit simple carbohydrates like sugar.
Then, when you diet is sustained, start with jogging down your road. If you have a local track, I advise that as the road isn't good for your knees. With jogging, you may want to incorporate pushups and situps for a bit of muscle mass.
Let me know if you need anything else.

Fred
